#1 Remove hardcoded styles from javascript.

Please remove the hardcoded styles from the javascript
code.
E.g. from Horizontalmenu/script:
- border width
- resource location
- background color
- etc.

The above makes the usage of alib very complicated as
for a simple customisation, the user needs javascript
knowldge. Even worse, this leads to error prone code as
javascript is very sensible.
