Minor bugfix release.

A central algorithm repository is generously hosted at the NCI of Milan, Italy, and available by FTP at 151.39.128.39, login=anonymous, password=any.

This is the first release of AlgViewer.
The program is still immature but I hope already usable.
I'm looking forward to any contribution.
