[Algol-devel] Info Required about tasks.

Hi,

I have been assigned these tasks and would like to seek more information about each of them.

1. Development and conception of site web for ALGol.
3. Development an interface can be skinned (API).

Task 1 :The 1st task is for developing the sourceforge.net website specific to Algol ? 
Task 3: I did not understand this task completely (development of a interface can be skinned (API))

Pls clarify. Thanks
