File description:
ThemePackLoader.java: This file scans the lib folder on the project location, finds .zip files and loads them into a Hashtable. These themepack files are the SkinLF files and are used to set the look and feel of the application at runtime
GridBagLayoutDemo.java: This file is just a demo of the SkinLF. The menu contains all the skins that are present in the lib directory and once selected, the look and feel of the application changes.
