If the coordination (= project leader) isn't a big role then which one
is biggest? I am really wondering about it :)

I think that there is enough people ready to start only one
problem is that they don't know what to do. So we should immediatelly
create a new design. But before it we need requirements of new
AlgebraDB. If you have some please post it.
