I'm having difficulty configuring WinCVS and checking
in/out code from the panotools project. I'm listed as
a Developer for this project, so I believe that I
should be able to check in code. Currently, I can't
even manage to check out code!

I've installed the following on my Windows XP system:

WinCVS 2.0.2.4 (Build 4)
Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.0.51d
Putty 0.58

I've configured a SSH public/private key and have
uploaded the public key. I've got Pageant running,
and have added the private key.

I've tried to access the Sourceforge CVS repository,
using WinCVS (I've tried the instructions for access
behind a firewall and not behind a firewall). Here's
the transcript from WinCVS:

cvs -d :ssh:maxlyons@cvs-
ssh.sourceforge.net:443/cvsroot/panotools checkout -P -
- panotools (in directory
C:\MaxProjects\panotools_sourceforge2)
cvs checkout:
cwd=C:\MaxProjects\panotools_sourceforge2 ,current=C:\M
axProjects\panotools_sourceforge2
cvs server: cannot find module `panotools' - ignored
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules

***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****

cvs -
d :ssh:maxlyons@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/panotools
checkout -P -- panotools (in directory
C:\MaxProjects\panotools_sourceforge2)
cvs checkout:
cwd=C:\MaxProjects\panotools_sourceforge2 ,current=C:\M
axProjects\panotools_sourceforge2
cvs server: cannot find module `panotools' - ignored
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules

***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****

I've also tried to access the repository from the
command line using cvs.exe:

C:\MaxProjects\panotools_sourceforge2>cvs -z3 -
d:ssh:maxlyons@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/panotools
co -P panotools
cvs checkout:
cwd=C:\MaxProjects\panotools_sourceforge2 ,current=C:\M
axProjects\panotools_sourceforge2
cvs server: cannot find module `panotools' - ignored
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules

Do you have any sugggestions?

Thanks,

Max Lyons

    I figured it out...I was incorrectly specifying the module
    name. How do I close/delete this request?
