For the maclinuxstatus project, I'm writing a set of
PHP scripts that manipulate data in a MySQL database.
    The inserthardware.php script at
    http://maclinuxstatus.sourceforge.net/inserthardware.php
sends a properly formatted INSERT command to the MySQL
database, and a insert_id is returned, which increments
    every time.

The data never actually arives in the database,
    however...

When I log in via ssh and then use MySQL and do a
"SELECT * from powermanagement;" it returns an empty
    set. How is this possible?

I would appreciate any help/advice you can give me. I'm
baffled; the scripts work fine on my computer.

Nevermind.. I found the problem.. grr. I feel like a fool.
Although I can't figure out what changed since I tested it
    on my box..
