if I monitere a whole project and send a mail for a new file release, I get 2 mails.
A similiar issue was discussed in ID number (957689).
The Engineering group is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.
I'm referring this ticket to the Engineering group.
P.S., Support items set to status of 'Pending', will auto-close in 14 days if there is no response.
Is there any chance that you could provide the email headers of the duplicated emails?
If so, could you attach them to this request?
