#121777 severe tracker spam via anonymous submit

First Level Support

I searched the bug reports but didn't find anything... my project is getting many automated spam submissions. see http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=13478&atid=113478
set the status to 'deleted' and you'll see tons of them. here's one from today:

1) sf.net needs a captcha on anonymous tracker submissions. if this technique catches on, your site is gonna get flooded.

2) I've been setting the status to 'deleted' but the spammer might not even care as the spam items continue to exist on sf.net doing their naughty business because they're still being indexed by search engines, and still cluttering up your db with junk. there needs to be a way to purge them completely.
