#121093 Export DTD is ill-formed

No

The DTD referred-to by the XML export version 2 is ill-formed: The file at

http://sourceforge.net/export/sf_project_export_0.2.dtd

contains lines like

<!ELEMENT feature_news (#CDATA) >
<!ELEMENT feature_forums (#CDATA) >
<!ELEMENT feature_docman (#CDATA) >
<!ELEMENT feature_tasks (#CDATA) >

which are syntactically incorrect, because #CDATA is not the correct keyword - it should be #PCDATA in all cases.

This causes problems when parsing the exported data: most parsers will access the DTD (even if they don't validate), and then complain that the DTD is ill-formed.
