#120720 ML archive issue

We have several mailing lists in the gmat project that are receiving several messages a day, but that don't appear to have been archived in the last week or so. Is there a setting that I can make (I am an administrator on the project) that tells the server to archive mail lists more frequently? I'd like to let people that are not list subscribers browse the current activity more quickly than is currently possible.
