#162 Small omission in change_email-complete.php

When changing your email address and clicking the
confirmation in the confirmation sent to your old
address, the system tells me:

"Your new email address on file is <>."

I know that this probably is just a typo in the
variable reference and not due to the fact that my new
email addy is really <> now :)
