#155 Little bug in the File Relase System (FRS)

Hi

I uploaded a package withe an "@" sign, and the FRS
just can't move it and display "FRS Move File Failed:
@, | Move File Failed"

You should replace the note by "PLEASE NOTE:
filenames may not contain a space, parenthesis or @"
