Hello.
I am not sure wheteher this is a bug or malicous feature,
but please, take a look:

When browsing SOFTWARE MAP and listing thru the
software, user may use FILTER to display software with
only FILTERED characteristics.
Mostly, works fine, but fhen using FILTER (Development
Status), it works JUST THE OPPOSITE:
Instead of displaying the FILTERED level and BETTER,
it displays filtered level and LOWER results.

Example:
If I filter DEVELOPMENT STATUS of 4-beta, I would
expect to display software of status 4-beta & 5-stable.
But nope, your software displays ALL statuses from 1
and up to filtered 4. This in not usable.
It might be ADMIN's function, but as an USER, nobody
needs this filter working such way.
