[Alephmodular-devel] updates

I noticed the Web site hadn't been updated in a while, which is no 
surprise since last time I checked, I was the one who offered to take 
care of that. I went ahead and added the tidbits for the past year or 
so, garnered from the mailing list.

I also added some links in the FAQ and mentioned in the answer to 
development tools that we now use Xcode.

If there's anything else that should get added, let me know. I'd be 
happy to do so.
