[Alephmodular-devel] On Finding files and file typing

I've been trying to re sort out finding files so that it too works with 
an external view of CFileDescs. And I just bumped up against one of my 
other earlier partial treatments.

There's this big setup of CFileType classes. Things like: 
CMarathon2MapFileType, CMarathon2ReplayFileType, and 
CAlephModularPreferencesFileType. And this lets you specify a file is 
one type or another. But no facility has been setup to go the other 
way... from a known file, jump to the right kind of filetype.

I had setup provisions for testing types versus files, but never got 
around to setting up the host system, the one that would let you say 
... uh I have this file, what type is it? D'oh.
