I had this exact problem as well last night. I think it has to do 
with them switching over to new servers. I tried all sorts of things 
to get it to update.

Finally after pestering Br'fin a few times on AIM, he asked me if I'd 
done all those things, and when I did them again, it simply worked, 
and I got the latest AM to build.

I have no explanation to give you. :\
