[Alephmodular-devel] AStreams upgrade checked in

At Woody's request and to his suggested specs I upgraded the AStreams 
used for de/serialization of objects between in memory format and their 
disk based format.

AStreams now take a length and will go into a fail state with an 
optional exception (on by default) if an operation would go past the 
end of that length.
