Prefs comes up on whatever screen I selected in the graphics panel.
Presumably network would too, tho I don't believe I tried it. Perhaps
there's a clue in the fact that custom dialogs come up on the right
screen, but not generic system dialogs? The confirm dialog for closing
a game also comes up on the right screen.

I did, they work fine it low-res, but god is it ugly. Reminds me of
Wolfenstein!

I haven't played around with AM a lot, so I'm not sure.
