[Alephmodular-devel] Display Progress update

Some more CVS checkins on the devel-display-abstraction branch. I've 
managed to isolate good chunks of the usage of world_device and 
CDisplay/CDisplay_Carbon are responsible for locating the best screen 
and altering the resolution of it.

I'm still doing some swapping back and forth between CScreenInfo and 
GDSpec as I'm not yet ready to change the format of the preferences 
file.
