Yeah.. I just downloaded it! Actually, I think I've found your first 
"non-bungie" bug! :-)

After running 0.3, cvs checkout ran fine... Which I thought was odd! 
So, I deleted the preferences, and tried to run it again, which didn't 
work! I got the error:

../../marathon2/Support/CFiles.cpp:209: Assertion failed: is_file()

If I run 0.3, and then cvs again, it's fine! cvs obviously doesn't like 
creating the preference files... :-/
