[Alephmodular-devel] CFileDesc landed

I just landed the majority of the new file abstraction code.

Most of the details missing involve the following
	creating directories
	managing resource files and forks
	orchestrating safe saves

Application-wise, everything should still be working. From replays to 
saving the game and loading physics files.
