I don't think I've applied the Sound Manager update. But seeing as I
found a bug like that in sound_add_ambient_sources_proc earlier today,
it's probably the same glitch we saw. I think turning off ambient
sounds will work around it. But the code within CVS should be fixed.
Another part that I only just uploaded a fix to is external physics
files. They weren't being read in properly before.
You'd need to compile from a CVS update of the sources to see the fixes.
