If you are trying to use MPW you may wish to perform a CVS checkout
with a date of Jan 3rd, 2003. Around Jan 2004 I had removed the various
MPW files thinking that MPW wasn't apt to be used but that Codewarrior
would and because makefile (MPW's) was conflicting with Alexander's
work on autoconf support (which seeks the unix style Makefile)
Also, all the files are now compiled as C++ (.cpp) now instead of the C
that the MPW makefile expects.
