Ambient Audio glitch on level 14

Setup:
Turn on all of the audio options along with 4 channels of audio and then begin the game on level 14 (If I had a Rocket Launcher, I'd make somebody pay)
As you listen to the ambient audio you may notice pops or static with a fair amount of regulatiry.
Marathon 2 itself does not have these audio problems, but AlephModular seems to have had this one since it was Carbonized.
