Now that Aleph One is publicly available, the ".PNG"
custom-hunk name should be registered
at "www.libpng.org".

Check the files in "Graphics Codes/png", search for "JMG".
The "alEf" string is defined in "png.c". Once it is registered, it
will change so that the second character is in upper case.

With the change to use XML in the Fractal Image Data chunk
(see next release, currently build_7) and the use of XSD to
define this will make a publicly available format and define it
for the PNG group.
