#364 Broken heroes blade bug

Hi,
I was lucky enought to get the broken heroes blade.This blade is strong enough but i need to reforge it with appropriate matterial and 190 in blacksmithing. I got all of this and when i come near an anvil it say: Missing reagent:Broken Blade of heroes. I got it in my inventory but it only say i dont have it... If you could help i would be very gratefull.
