#53 Executor - No Reaction

I got a really long running Thread (just one) which downloads about 500 000 Images. After about 100 000 the Executor seems to stop for no reason, but does not send any event back. I am running the Executor as Application and it seems to work fine. After Disconneting it from the Manager and reconnection it starts again. Any Ideas about that? Doesn´t find anything in the logs.
