#31 Aborting application kills active Executor

If an application is stopped/disposed while an Executor
is running a thread then the Executor is becomes
unavailable.

The GManager.AbortThread method stopps the thread on
the Executor but fails to remove the Executor Id from
the thread information so the scheduler thinks that the
Executor is forever busy.

    Actually the Executor is not killed but removed from the
    pool of available Executors.
