Hi can you upload the full firmware for Alcatel 3X 2019(5048A) or at least the recovery and boot.img please i've been looking everywhere and i cant find it, i cant use Mobile upgrade or Sugar MTK to download it

This is a shame, I won't buy any other alcatel device, they give no support, no rom files, no answer, they just ignoring us, ffs
