#9 IPC_GETALBUMINDEX does not work since V1.41 anymore

IPC_GETALBUMINDEX called from other Winamp-Plugins
always returns -1 since version 1.41 .
This only happens, when there are .m3u-playlists within
the directory of the Album. When there is no playlist,
everything works fine.
