#19 Crashing with Unicode encoded ID3v2 tags

Affects version: AlbumList 2.01
When loading a bunch of Albums (~ 300) in various
formats (they are mainly MP3 with ID3v2 tags all UTF-16
Unicode) AlbumList crashes with

The instruction at “0x018ae574” referenced memory at
“0x6e617bca”. The memory could not be “read”.

This can be worked around by disabling “Use built-in
file info readers” in File Info (Global) settings. The
bug does not exist in AlbumList 2.0
