#13 Garbage when resizing Album List window

When resizing the Album List window, using Classic Skin
mode, shrinking the window by dragging the corner
causes garbage to appear in the bottom section of the
plugin window. Specifically, the section behind the
Play and Enqueue and items summary. This only occurs
when "Enable smooth window resizing" is enabled in
Winamp Classic Skins Preferences.

There is also a small bit of garbage when resizing ONLY
in the vertical direction (resizing the height without
resizing the width) in the far right-hand side of the
window, just to the right of the scrollbar. This noise
occurs regardless of the smooth window resizing option,
but behaves a little different whether this option is
enabled/disabled.

I am using Windows XP, a GeForce 2 GTS, and driver
version 5.6.7.2.

This behavior is not exhibited in Winamp Library or
Playlist, in case it matters (not sure, you mention you
use the bitmaps from Library in the plugin).
