#14 dedicated CSS klass for exported symbols

It would be very nice to be able to treat, visually I
suppose (perhaps structurally later), exported symbols
different from others. This way I could clearly mark
what a user could use and expect to work between releases.

    The updated albert.dsl will mark the font in a title above a
    method/variable with class=exported or class=not-exported.
    Example has been added to albert.css on how to change colour
    of exported and non-exported titles.

    Also added a filter to remove all non-exported symbols from
    the output.

    Is in cvs, will be in next release.
