The key names (columns) in the join table for a many-to-many
relationship must be the same as the key names that are being
joined from.

i.e. If tables A and B are joined via a many-to-many join table
using their PKs, A_pk, and B_pk, then the columns in the join table
must be named A_pk and B_pk as well.

Need first to verify if this a bug as per the WO 4.5 spec or not.
Many-to-many join tables have a number of constraints in EOF
(including that the PK must be a compound PK formed of the joined
attributes), and this could be another one.
