what is the current state of ajmrtd vs. jmrtd? You have done several modifications to get it to run under android but I have not seen recent commits to ajmrtd but I have seen commits to jmrtd. Are your changed integrated back to jmrtd?
Is it possible to get a current source which works on android and on win32?

I managed to align (a derivation of) ajmrtd with the current SVN version of JMRTD. Not completely trivial to set up; it uses an ant script at the moment to transform jmrtd.jar and cert-cvc.jar to SpongyCastle dependent jars (so at least manually replacing strings in JMRTD's source repo is no longer necessary).
