#9 Insert room history into chat window when a late user joins

When a user joins a session late, he doesn't have convenient access to what has gone on before he arrived. It would be super-convenient if the room history was inserted into the chat window when he joins so he could simply scroll up to review it.

Hopefully, this would be fairly easy since the log and the chat window have the same HTML format (although perhaps whispers would have to be filtered out).
