#7 Make up/down arrows scroll through command history

It would be nice to be able to repeat or tweak/send past commands, quotes and sayings. In the chat entry box, pressing the Up or Down arrow could scroll through past entries (essentially an entry history). Many command line shells for programmers have this feature and it is quite convenient.
