#4 Access to chat log from UI

Right now, the chat log can only be accessed by going to the journal directory from the browser address bar. It'd be better to be able to see the log file name somewhere inside the ajaximrpg chat window that is generating the log file. The user should be able to click the log file name and view it in another window. The user should also be able to save the log file so far to his hard drive.
