#2 More help or a Help button for new users

New users don't necessarily know about GM mode or how to roll dice or how to whisper. They should have an easy way to find help or just a way to teach them new features. A Help button would go a long way to making it obvious how to get help.

One idea is to have a Help button that has an animated pane that scrolls by things to try, like an advertisement.

Another idea is to change the color of the help so it stands out more.
