#17 Macros so user can paste text or dice rolls quickly

Some users want to set up "macros" so they can paste in a large amount of text or a pre-programmed dice roll.

The macro should be easily and quickly invoked such as a button on the "smiley bar".

Macros might be part of the design of the document tree.

Macros might also be invoked from a slash command; for example, the user might be able to type "/macro attack_roll".
