#13 Enable single URL to put user in password protected room

GMs might want to send out a URL that would put the user in a password-protected room instead of in the lobby. For example:

http://www.svexpertise.com/ajaximrpg/server/index.html?room=athshar&password=cooties

That way, the GM could post a URL to a private group and the users could simply click on a link at game time and be ready to go. Users wouldn't need to worry about room names or passwords. The room could be created for the first user who entered it.
