#10 Show "typing" indicator to other users when a user is typing

When a user is typing, even if he hasn't sent a message yet, it is helpful for the other users to know this (so they can avoid interrupting or posting immediately invalid/irrelevant comments nearly simultaneously). Often, players will see that the GM is typing and wait to see his output so they can modify their own actions.

Maybe everybody should see everybody else's typing indicators or perhaps it is enough to only see the GM's typing indicator.

Perhaps the typing indicator could be next to the person's alias on the upper left side of the chat window.
