#3 admin dialog is clunky

I can't say for sure or not whether the admin dialog (that can be brought up by admin users by pressing the 'Admin' button on the Profile panel) is working correctly or not. It seems clunky and, when actions are taken, seems not to update the display. The admin dialog should work smoother and better than this.
