#13 No XPATH concat function support

It seems you don't support the concat function.

I tested with this code: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/XForms/HelloWorld

The html file is generated but:
- it loads in the browser (Firefox 2)
- no error is displayed (javascript console)
- no useful trace is displayed (<div console>)

I couldn't find if you HAVE to implement this function or not; but has it appears on the W3C website I filled in this bug report.
