#2 after adding film

when i add movie, it said this error message :

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /list.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

how can i fix it, can you help me???

PS : list.php is in the root dictionary.
