#35 Greek translation el-GR modifications file (SMF)

First of all thanx for this amazing package for SMF!
i provide here the translation for the modifications file of SMF.
If you have your SMF in Greek you definitely need this translation because after installing shout box all titles and settings for the chat or shoutbox will be blank! (because there is no translation for greek utf-8)
(if your language is english you don't need this)
