#77 Image upload option

Great software, one thing would be awesome and that is a browse and upload option. so users instead of linking out to images can upload them to the server which then display in the chat window.

Maybe to an uploads folder and either the admin can monitor the usage on the folder directly or an auto delete of the files on a specified hour of the day or after so many days (I realise this part would need some major database work to achieve but even just the ability to upload and display would be good. then the admin can setup a cron job on the server or monitor it manually.
