#68 Easier way to replace AJAX Chat titles

In both the window (title) and at the top of the page (header), the title used for the page is AJAX chat. I've done some looking and still haven't found where the information is stored. A simple way of changing this would be useful.

This doesn't effect the copyright information, only the title.
