#18 Preload wait script while loading

It would be usefull to have a preload wait script in order to display some kind of "Loading..." message while the ajax chat loads. Since it takes quite sometime to load, users think that nothing happens and navigate away from the page or close it. A "please wait, loading..." layer in the center of the window, which then would dissapear (upon loading of the page), would solve the problem.
